Leb Nat Pink is a natural sparkling rosé wine from Mersel Wines in the Bekaa and Qannoubine Valleys of Lebanon. This blend features Sangiovese (80%) and Merwah (20%), sourced from organic vineyards. The grapes are hand-harvested, with whole-cluster pressing followed by ancestral method fermentation using native yeasts in stainless steel, left on lees for one month, disgorged, bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfites.
