Vinyes Singulars

Vinyes Singulars is a family-owned winery in Catalonia’s Penedès region, based in Pacs del Penedès, Spain, with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1405. Led by 23rd-generation winemaker Ignasi Seguí, the estate spans 20 hectares of organic and biodynamically certified vineyards, cultivating native varieties like Xarel·lo, Sumoll, and Malvasia de Sitges on clay-limestone soils. Practicing minimal intervention, they use native yeasts, avoid sulfites, and employ chestnut barrels, amphorae, and stainless steel to produce around 25 natural wines annually, including still and sparkling styles. The winery, surrounded by olive trees and cereal crops, emphasizes biodiversity and terroir-driven, unfiltered wines.
