Description

Odd Couple is a natural red wine from their Pacs del Penedès estate in Catalonia’s Penedès region, Spain. This field blend combines Malvasia de Sitges (a white grape) and Sumoll (a red grape), an unconventional pairing that inspired its name, reflecting the grape combination. Sourced from organic, biodynamically certified vineyards on clay-limestone soils, the grapes are co-fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, with minimal intervention and no added sulfites.
