Description

Leb Nat Gold is a natural sparkling white wine from Mersel Wines in the Bekaa and Qannoubine Valleys of Lebanon. This blend features Merwah (50%) and Viognier (50%), sourced from organic vineyards. The grapes are hand-harvested, with whole-cluster pressing followed by ancestral method fermentation using native yeasts in stainless steel, bottled before completion to capture delicate bubbles, unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfites.
