Refund and Returns Policy

At Nomad’s Path Wine Shop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every bottle of natural wine you receive. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward return and refund policy.

 Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

  • Timeframe: You may request a refund within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. We cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed bottles due to the nature of our natural wine products.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process your refund.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact our team at contact@nomadspathwineshop.com within 10 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
  2. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with instructions for returning the product to our Northern Virginia warehouse.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or partially consumed bottles.
  • Wines damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Orders outside the 10 day return window.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@nomadspathwineshop.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
